The merger of the Consortium for Industrial Development of the Province of Rieti, the Consortium for Industrial Development of the Province of Rome and Latina, the Consortium for Industrial Development of the Province of South Pontine, Cosilam, and the Consortium for Industrial Development of the Province of Frosinone gave birth to the largest industrial consortium in Italy: the Single Industrial Consortium of Lazio.

The new body will play a crucial role in defining a new regional industrial policy aimed at revitalizing Lazio’s economy and fostering digitization processes.

“The largest industrial consortium in Italy is born in Lazio, a fundamental tool to boost investment attraction and strengthen industrial development policies in our territory.” This was stated by the Lazio Region’s Councillor for Economic Development, Trade and Crafts, Research, Start-Up and Innovation, Paolo Orneli on the occasion of the completion today of the project to merge into a single body the five industrial consortia in Lazio (Cassino, Frosinone, Rome-Latina, South Pontine, Rieti).

“With today’s merger, Lazio takes a new step forward in building a region that is simpler, more competitive and more useful for citizens and businesses.”
