ItalianoWith the aim of providing the productive world of the Province of Rieti with tools for knowledge and analysis of the main dynamics concerning the training and professional needs of the companies settled in the area, the Science and Technology Park of Alto Lazio has undertaken a research activity on the training needs of the industrial area. The analytical methodology underlying the study allows for appropriate and rigorous multilevel analysis based on objective and shared information during all phases of the project.
Investing in strengthening the skills and knowledge of the professional resources operating within the industrial area, also appears crucial in order to take certain and definitive advantage of the opportunities offered by the season of public investment that the NRP guarantees and that the Rieti territory as a whole is about to experience.
Phase 1: strategic analysis
Phase 1 of the service is aimed at identifying the professional needs of the province of Rieti and the trends in the labor market, classifying professional figures according to the specific demands of the territory’s production system, particularly the districts and/or the most important production chains.
Phase 2: modeling of training interventions
The needs analysis conducted in Phase 1, is preparatory to the design of an educational offering aimed attrainingprofessional profiles required by businesses in the province of Rieti and will be characterized by dynamism, that is, the ability to update over time, in view of the mutability of the labor market. It will then provide analytical support for the design of an initial pathway for the training of specific professional figures, identified from the results of the analysis and clusters of companies and their needs, and a road map for the subsequent implementation of other training paths.
